Aylesbury Thames Valley Police - ATVP.
Conduct of ATVP arresting and custody officers Re: by face to face contact and/or via telephone contact initiated by me. Or by face to face contact as a result of arrest and detention of me as a suspect. Re: Apr/June 2011 & Aug.2012 to Mar. 2013.
Conduct of all police officers toward me as follows: professional, serious, impartial, courteous, fair, evenhanded, none prejudicial, none judgemental..etc
I have no criticism nor complaint whatsoever in respect how those professional persons have discharged their legal responsibilities toward me, either as a complainant or as an arrested suspect.
Okay so far? Good.
Now, just in case anybody is unclear about the position of and/or the role of ATVP. And please correct me if am wrong, but I - THINK - the position is as follows:
THE POLICE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR i.e. THE POLICE BEAR NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT A PERSON AND/OR PERSONS PRESENTS TO THE POLICE IN EVIDENCE. WHETHER THAT BE AS A PERSON(S) MAKING A COMPLAINT / MAKING AN ALLEGATION OF CRIMINAL CONDUCT BY ANOTHER PERSON, OR AS AN ARRESTED SUSPECT.
e.g. IF I, AS THE PERSON ARRESTED AND CHARGED, IF I CHOOSE TO LIE, TO DECEIVE, TO MISLEAD, TO DELIBERATELY MISREPRESENT FACTS TO THE POLICE WHEN RESPONDING TO THAT CHARGE. THE POLICE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE POLICE. I ALONE AM RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT STATEMENTS TO POLICE COMES OUT OF MY MOUTH.
Agreed? Good.
LOGICALLY IT MUST FOLLOW FROM THE ABOVE e.g. THAT:
IF I, AS THE PERSON MAKING AN ALLEGATION OF CRIMINAL CONDUCT AGAINST ANOTHER PERSON, TO THE POLICE, IF I CHOOSE TO LIE, TO DECEIVE, TO MISLEAD, TO DELIBERATELY MISREPRESENT THE FACTS, THE TRUTH, TO THE POLICE WHEN PRESENTING "MY EVIDENCE" TO THE POLICE. THE POLICE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FOR THAT. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THEN.
THE POLICE WILL SIMPLE FOLLOW THE LAW, GATHER THE EVIDENCE PRESENTED TO THEM BY THE COMPLAINING "VICTIM" and/or "VICTIMS" AND CARRY OUT THE INVESTIGATION ACCORDINGLY.
THE POLICE HAVE NO REASON TO NOR ANY RIGHT TO TREAT WHATEVER "A VICTIM OF CRIME" PRESENTS TO THEM AS ANYTHING OTHER THAN TRUE AND FACTUAL EVIDENCE.
IT IS THE CPS AND ULTIMATELY THE COURT THAT WILL TEST THE VERACITY OF EVIDENCE PRESENTED TO THE POLICE AND ON WHICH THE POLICE ACTED IN ORDER TO ENFORCE THE LAW AND FULFIL THEIR LEGAL RESPONSIBILITIES.

I have much case prep and police bail prep work to do, so will conclude for now with the following.
If, hypothetically, a person and/or persons are prepared to make allegations of criminal conduct against another person, the person(s) making those serious allegations of criminal conduct WILL, eventually, be compelled to sustain and substantiate those allegations under oath in the public forum of a court of law. NB. Neither BTs - so-called - professional trustworthy management(HA!) 'persons' nor CWU - so-called - professional trustworthy officers(HA!) 'persons' have ANY CONTROL of the administration of JUSTICE in such a Court of Law. [Just so y'u know!]
The hackneyed phrase: Don't get angry, get even - is NOT applicable, as I am already extremely irate.
The phrase that IS applicable is one of my own construction:

Now GET to the TRUTH, expose the TRUTH and express the TRUTH about BT & the CWU and particular and specific persons and particular and specific practises that exist therein.
So, no matter what the personal cost in blood and treasure to myself may be, GET the TRUTH to the PEOPLE and EXPOSE to the light of day the pathetic, utterly shameful, disgraceful, cowardly, wilful and sick corporate HYPOCRISY that is practised by parts of BTs so-called professional(HA!) trustworthy(HA!) management & the pathetic, utterly shameful, disgraceful, cowardly, wilful and sick HYPOCRISY that is practised by parts of the CWUs so-called professional(HA!) trustworthy(HA!) management officials. Whilst, 'supposedly' good, 'supposedly' decent, 'supposedly' honest people - black people and white people - look the other way - in order so that THEY can see no evil and hear no evil and by so doing they succeed in achieving - doing evil! HYPOCRITES, ******* PARASITIC, SHAMEFUL, COWARDLY HYPOCRITES! and THEY KNOW IT!
(and any number of bullshit conference speeches that those supposedly - good, decent and honest - black people and white people within the CWU & BT - trot out on demand will not / will never change the FACT of the REALITY of those men and women's sad, shameful HYPOCRISY.

Happily, there is NO statute of limitations on the TRUTH ! The citizen's right and entitlement to lawful peaceful public protest will out that TRUTH and will prevail.
