Re: My 9.3.13 arrest and detention following accusations/allegations of criminal conduct attributed to me, that were made to Thames Valley Police by two 'persons in tandem' identified to me by my Solicitor and by the investigating police officer at interview as one none BME and one BME - 'persons'

My 9 March - arrest and detention - FOI

Re: My - 9.3.2013 - arrest and detention by Thames Valley Police & the two document binders pictured above. 

The BT binders and the documents within i.e. the confidential, the in confidence, the highly confidential, the privileged, the copyright documents are my personal property as a result of public employment tribunal proceedings wherein I was the Claimant and wherein BT Group Plc. phillip douglas, lee foukes, daniel thorp, keith benwell and andrew macdonald were the Respondents. Okay, geddit!

I am, in part, to rely upon this personal property, disclosing as much content as necessary to a public court of law, in defending myself against unconscionable and highly objectionable allegations of criminal conduct made against me c.3/12/12 & 9/3/13

I was arrested and detained for twelve hours on 10/01/13 and for seven hours on 9/3/13. as a result of

allegations of criminal conduct made against me by two individuals identified to me by my Solicitor and by a police officer at interview. I know these two individuals to be a BME and a none BME - BT employees. Both of whom are former workplace colleagues (sic) - of whom I have VERY considerable empirical experience and knowledge of. Both inside of and outside of my former employer's workplace.***

 

e.g. (i) I used/devoted a day - 08:30 to 18:30 - of my annual leave in Oct. 2010 to assist the BME BT employee move a considerable quantity of household items from a fourth floor privately rented flat to a privately owned garage in Aylesbury. That same BME BT employee - former workplace colleague (sic) attempted to contact me on the Sunday following, in order to gain my further assistance in moving those heavy bulky items to privately rented premises on Cambridge St. I chose not to make myself available on that occasion. I was busy working on my allotment plot!

 

e.g. (ii) I travelled to Gatwick airport on 28 March 2011 to collect and drive to Cambridge St. Aylesbury this same BME BT employee - former workplace colleague (sic), he having, in February 2011, pleaded with me to collect him from Gatwick on his return from Trinidad. [without any enquiry on my part, the BME BT employee - former colleague (sic) CHOSE to inform (sic) me that the Gatwick run (sic) was a well worn / well used route by members of his family.] My passenger CHOSE to engage me in detailed and prolonged conversation and discussion throughout the return journey from Gatwick - both work related conversation and conversation relating to my passenger's personal / domestic circumstances which the passenger CHOSE to disclose and enlighten me of. As indeed I CHOSE to enlighten my passenger, in detail and specifics, of recent BT workplace related "..appnin..." !

 

e.g. (iii) I received a telephone call the following day. The individual I had dropped off at Cambridge St. the previous day, was pleading for me to assist him jump start his private vehicle. I ended up driving my passenger of the previous day to HP19 8BP Grffin Ln to retrieve his jump leads from his BT vehicle. On route, discussion involved the topic of racists bullying and harassment within BT Openreach and the repercussions which flowed from that fact. The passenger volunteered, for the umpteenth time ...I still speak to *****, I know I shouldn't, knowing what he is...but ahhh...(sic)
On entering the BT yard car park my passenger continued ... look at that cunt Landymore looking out his window at me... fucking staring....go on y'u cunt come out and say something...etc. etc Colin look, look at 'im fuckin eyeballing us...

N.B. I was very very accustomed to the passenger continually obsessing about BT employee line managers neil landymore and mat gordon, etc etc.

*** I consider making allegations of criminal conduct against another person to be a VERY serious, an EXTREMELY serious and life affecting action to CHOOSE to take against another person. Personally speaking, I would only ever take such action if I were able to provide the police with evidence that can be proved to constitute criminal conduct  in a public court of law under questioning and cross examination under oath.

I have been, twice, subjected to such allegations of serious criminality. I am, obviously going to defend myself as a man who has in no way conducted myself contrary to the law of my country. And in doing so I am going to produce every piece of documentation and eye witness evidence relevant to the defendant, take that evidence into public court and speak up and stand up for myself and advocate my innocence of any unlawful conduct allegations entered into court against me by the CPS and their witnesses.

So, in response I am going to request the Magistrates Bench judge it unconscionable conduct and plead that the Court proscribe it as evidence against the defendant. geddit! - 

FYI. 

The sad desperation of the tactic is outrageous. N.B. The unconscionable submission into evidence by a plaintiff, when referring to the defendant. 

Hypothetically,  let's say, an alleged "victim" / the Crown's principle witness, chooses to present and enter into evidence against the defendant the following statement: ...he has psychological issues...(sic) That is interpreted by the defendant as a blatant, unconscionable, attempt to infer, to imply, to allude to a court that the plaintiff is fact pleading that the defendant to be a number of things, one of which is 'unstable' - 'psychologically unstable' and THEREFORE find in our - the CPS and their principle witness's - favour, m'lud! 

Hence, I am going to request, either through my Solicitor or directly, that the Magistrates Bench judge that evidence upon which the the CPS are, in part, relying on, unconscionable conduct by the CPS principle witness and plead that the Court proscribe it, as evidence against the defendant.

Conduct of ATVP arresting and custody officers Re: by face to face contact and/or via telephone contact initiated by me. Or by face to face contact as a result of arrest and detention of me as a suspect. Re: Apr/June 2011 & Aug.2012 to Mar. 2013.

Conduct of all police officers toward me as follows: professional, serious, impartial, courteous, fair, evenhanded, none prejudicial, none judgemental..etc
I have no criticism nor complaint whatsoever in respect how those professional persons have discharged their legal responsibilities toward me, either as a complainant or as an arrested suspect.

e.g. IF I, AS THE PERSON ARRESTED AND CHARGED, IF I CHOOSE TO LIE, TO DECEIVE, TO MISLEAD, TO DELIBERATELY MISREPRESENT FACTS TO THE POLICE WHEN RESPONDING TO THAT CHARGE. If, hypothetically, a person and/or persons are prepared to make allegations of criminal conduct against another person, the person(s) making those serious allegations of criminal conduct WILL, eventually, be compelled to sustain and substantiate those allegations under oath in the public forum of a court of law. NB. Neither BTs - so-called - professional trustworthy management(HA!) 'persons' nor CWU - so-called - professional trustworthy officers(HA!) 'persons' have ANY CONTROL of the administration of JUSTICE in such a Court of Law. [Just so y'u know!]

In relation to 1) it must be understood that I am describing a person who is firstly and foremost a coward. A inadequate, bullying cowardly man who is a racist.
