However, prior to discussing and/or debating my ...psychological issues...(sic). I will firstly, without fear or favour, discuss and/or debate - at some considerable length and in substantial detail - the psychology i.e. the ...psychological issues...(sic) of two particular personality types. 

1) The ...psychological issued...(sic) of the common or garden workplace racist(s). 

& 

2) The ...psychological issued...(sic) of the common or garden workplace uncle tom black person(s).

In this instance:

1) The ...psychological issues...(sic) of a BNP supporting, bullying, harassing, lying, racist coward - BT employee / ex CWU member - wayne m. bunce c.1999 to 2012, and associated BT workplace persons of similar and/or like mindset, and/or persons empathetic to, sympathetic to, supportive of, encouraging of, and/or persons who are frightened of, fearfull of and/or who go in fear of workplace racist(s).

2) The ...psychological issues...(sic) of a subservient, compliant, manipulable, dishonest, blatant liar, lying coward uncle tom black person - BT employee / CWU member - brian prince c. 2005 to 2012, and associated BT workplace persons of similar and/or like mindset, and/or persons empathetic to, and/or sympathetic to, and/or supportive of and/or encouraging of workplace uncle tom black persons.

So: 1) The ...psychological issued...(sic) of the common or garden workplace racist(s). Can from my considerable empirical knowledge and vast experience of such a person.

In relation to 1) it must be understood that I am describing a person who is firstly and foremost a coward. A inadequate, bullying cowardly man who is a racist. A racist a closet racist is by definition a coward. Such a closet racist coward's default position is when exposed to the light of day is as follows: No I am not a racist. I find the allegation vexatious and offensive. I have many black friends and I do not tolerate racist conduct when I see it. 

That is a brief outline of the psychological issues which is the a racist to deal with.
